Order Fulfillment and Shopify Collective

Novel Plants uses independent suppliers and fulfillment partners to fulfill certain products. Some of these partners are connected to Novel Plants through Shopify Collective.

When a fulfillment partner is responsible for an item in your order, information necessary to complete the transaction may be provided to that partner. This can include your name, shipping address, contact information, order details, products purchased, shipping method, return information, and other information reasonably necessary to fulfill, deliver, return, replace, or refund the item.

Fulfillment partners use this information to perform fulfillment and related services associated with your order.
